Built in the year 2000 and with all building permits in order, with two buildings together, being the largest ground floor plus basement and the other basement, ground floor and two heights

THE LARGER BUILDING HAS AN UNDERGROUND FOUNDATION CONSTRUCTION OF REINFORCED CONCRETE IN BASEMENT AND METAL STRUCTURE AND LATERAL ENCLOSURES OF PREFABRICATED CONCRETE PANELS AND METAL STRUCTURE COVER METAL PANEL ENCLOSURE WITH INTERNAL INSULATION.

THIS BUILDING IS DESTINED, THE BASEMENT TO STORAGE AND PROCESSING AREA AND THE SHIP ON THE GROUND FLOOR TO STORAGE AREA FOR FINISHED AND AUXILIARY PRODUCTS, BEING COMPLETELY TRANSPARENT (WITHOUT PILLARS IN THE CENTER) BOTH ON THE GROUND FLOOR AND IN THE BASEMENT

The other building, annexed to the previous one, of 2 heights, plus ground floor, plus basement, has the same construction technique and is also covered in all its facades by glazing and /
or cladding (stone platelet…. Etc.) Both buildings have all the fire measures in force (fire extinguishers, BIE, …) having passed the relevant controls.
The power supply is made from existing medium voltage pole in the plot itself and providing the warehouse of its own transformer.
The water supply is taken from the public network of the City of Najera, and wastewater discharge is made to municipal collector once treated in the bacterial bed treatment plant available to the winery.
